Bethmor Mobile Home & RV Community is pleased to announce a new and convenient feature to all of its residents. All the Bethmor residents are now able to pay their rent online through our new Tenant Web Access Portal. This secure tenant access is guaranteed through Rent Manager and is 100% certified secure. Rent Manager is the industry leader in online rent and utility collections and prides itself on being easy to use and backed with the highest levels of security and customer support in the industry. There are multiple ways to pay your rent and utilities through Rent Manager.Through your smart phone, tablet, or computer, you will be able to set up monthly rent payments to be paid automatically on the 1st day of every month or manually pay every month using your bank account. You may also pay with a credit card for a 3% fee, and residents still wanting to pay with cash can do so through a number of different retailers, such as Walmart and some local banks.
To create your account, go to https://kickapoo.twa.rentmanager.com and follow these steps:
- On the Login screen, click sign up
- Enter your account number (call office to receive if needed):
- Enter your email address (this will be your Username)
- Click sign up
- Go to your email account for the account finalization email
- Click the finalize link in the email
- Create a Password
- Confirm the Password
- Click verify
- Enter your Username and Password to login
While logged into Tenant Web Access, click the tabs at the top of the page to:
- View your open charges
- Display your transaction history
- Make a payment
- Manage payment information
- Opt-in for credit building
- Create a service ticket to report a non-emergency issue (for emergencies, please call our office)
- Update your contact information
- Contact our office for cash-pay options
